Helpful staff, friendly to families, solicitous of well-being. Good, clean facility, nice location. Amazing service, interest in helping. Front beach hotel close to marina. Mexican a la cart restaurant super.

Very good food and service.

There were 4 of us in the room and they were notified to leave 4 towels with us at all times. Which they ignored and left only 2. We had to be notified at the service desk to get the others.

People were super nice and friendly.

That they are bothering you very insistently to sell you their time share is a nuisance that you go 3 nights to rest and from early on they are bothering you to go to a breakfast to show you the time share plans and if you refuse they behave rudely

At this luxurious 4-star hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the enhanced comfort and quality services provided. The location next to the marina added an extra touch of luxury and convenience. The service was outstanding, with the staff showing a genuine interest in fulfilling all our needs. Special thanks to Cesar, Miranda, Alberto, Román, Jesus, Pedro. The facilities and amenities were top-notch, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa center. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. Moreover, the Mexican a la carte restaurant was superb, adding a local flavor to our dining experience. we were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to friends.

I was assigned a room far away and with children it's very uncomfortable. You could ask. But the attention at reception is excellent.

I found it very unpleasant that they give you the drinks in plastic glasses that are not disposable, bread was from previous days, desserts, were all the same but in different colors, you did not leave a tip they looked at you badly and counted badly, beach is public and said private in the ad, room included a Jacuzzi and they did not have one.

The bed was comfortable, and we also enjoyed the beach area.

I recently had the most amazing time on my holiday! The staff at this resort were friendly and made me feel right at home. The dining experience was great, with flavorful dishes that left me craving for more. The chefs and waitstaff, especially Roman and Amizael, were very good too ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfection. The pool and grounds were beautifully maintained, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation. And the best part? The amazing view that greeted me every morning. It was paradise!
